Submitting Offers

The goal and main objective of our process are submitting offers for homes that you could see yourself living in! We have had clients that have been willing to submit offers on the first home they have seen or the tenth they have seen. If we have seen more than ten homes and have not sent out an offer, we will need to re-evaluate where we are at with criteria to see if we can dial things in further to make progress. When we submit an offer, we will provide some sold comparables to review and some comments or feedback to determine where are offers are going to be submitted.

The most important part of the offer is as follows: price, financing, earnest money, amount of inspection time, approving or disapproving a home warranty plan, requesting if appropriate any kind of seller concessions, assigning an escrow officer, terms of acceptance and when the home will be closing escrow.
